We specialize in building high-quality custom homes tailored to each client’s vision and lifestyle. Our process often begins with lot selection and continues through plans development, detailed specifications, and expert construction—resulting in a home that is truly one of a kind.
From ground-up commercial builds to interior renovations, we deliver professional spaces built with efficiency, precision, and the same commitment to quality that defines all of our projects.
Whether you’re expanding or transforming your home, we provide thoughtful additions and renovations designed to blend seamlessly with your existing home while enhancing functionality, comfort and value.
First, fill out our contact form and one of our owners—Jonathan or Delvis Catchman—will personally reach out to you. We take the time to get to know you, understand your vision, and discuss your goals, budget, and timeline. This initial conversation sets the foundation for a successful project.
Once we understand your vision, we enter into a Preconstruction Services Agreement. During this phase, we guide you through planning your new home or renovation. Our services include site selection, custom home and renovation plans development, detailed specifications, and a comprehensive cost proposal. All proposals are presented as turn-key, meaning everything is included—from permitting to light bulbs—so there are no surprises. If the proposal looks good, the next step is a Construction Agreement.
With a solid plan and Construction Agreement in place, it’s time to break ground. Throughout construction, our team maintains clear and consistent communication, keeping you informed every step of the way. Our commitment to quality craftsmanship, organized project management, and transparent communication is what sets SouthPointe Builders apart.
When construction is complete, we hand over the keys. During your final walkthrough, you can feel confident that every detail has been carefully completed. All that’s left for you to do is move in, relax, and enjoy living in your new or newly renovated home.
